When I was looking to make a career change in 2007, I wanted a position that was impactful, challenging and financially rewarding. I found all these qualities in my position at Bankers Life. I started as an agent and was fortunate to have some amazing mentors. In just six years, I worked my way up to a Branch Sales Manager role.
This business is about investing in people. I was lucky enough to have great managers invest in me and now, as a Branch Sales Manager, I am making that same investment in my managers and agents every day.
