Bankers Life makes Top Training 125

We’re pleased to share that for the fifth consecutive year, Bankers Life is being recognized for excellence in training by landing a spot on Training magazine’s Training Top 125.

This award is in its 16th year and is considered one of the premier learning industry award programs. The Training Top 125 is based on factors like financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, human resources and how closely development efforts are linked to business goals.

By qualifying for the Top 125, we’re in good company sitting alongside top organizations from across the globe.

Although we’re excited and honored to be part of the Training Top 125, we don’t invest in training for the recognition.
